What's your background? You interested in eVinci or AP300? π
It's improved mine.
Now whenever I have a question as I'm reading a book or listening to a podcast I just ask an AI questions so I can keep up and better understand what's going on... It's been super helpful actually.
Admittedly I'm not fact checking or anything, but I'm also not typically asking super controversial questions.
Conflating hate with seeking the truth. Typical deflection tactic. He still won't give me a direct answer but I'm the asshole π€· nostr:nevent1qgs8fl79rnpsz5x00xmvkvtd8g2u7ve2k2dr3lkfadyy4v24r4k3s4sqyp5t32lugwp64y60k0maa9r2ngvnmyyqr2ymsajf7v7yjkcyy55qgqsc83v

Heading to DC this afternoon to try to convince the NRC that they are too conservative when they perform Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) of nuclear power plant operators.
Best case scenario, in 3-5 years domestic nuclear plants may be able to avoid fines or reduce operating costs using updated Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) models.
It ain't much, but it pays the bills π

Looking forward to a hike this morning with one of my Bitcoin bros... Will share later this morning π
That's why they call it a MacBook air, right?
Ok, so if people are willing to pay $5m for a seat on the lifeboat of America... A seat that is revokable and non-refundable if America decides they don't like you anymore... How much would they pay for a seat on the lifeboat of Bitcoin... A seat that can NEVER be taken from you, no matter what?
This is bullish for Bitcoin.
Few.
I really like Lutnick, BTW He has millions in bitcoin of his own money.
He understands it

I like him too, but this quantum fud is total BS... "Quantum computing can break all [private keys] in a nanosecond" Literally no one is saying that...
At best it's: hey sometime in the next decade or two one of Satoshi's private keys might get unlocked via quantum computing
Reminds me of something I brought up at one of our Bitcoin meetups last fall:

I bring this up as something to consider every time someone asks me what I think about putting Bitcoin in a retirement account. Not saying it's gonna happen, but something to think about π€

Correct. One plant every 20 years is about right π
Problem is, there are about 80 plants online in the US right now and most are already about 60 years old... Not exactly a bright future for nuclear.
Don't get me wrong, I love nuclear. I've worked in nuclear for 19 years. I just see the NRC preventing meaningful progress first hand.
