Good Morning

Been a small amount of time since my last update.

Seller had dragged his feet on repairs under contract. I was super worried the septic system was going to need serious work.

It kinda did but the seller surprisingly dropped 4K+ on pump, drain field rejuvenation, and reinspection.

I'm going to have to replace at some point seeing as how this is a pre ossf plan grandfathered system. I'm at least going to get some extra time to get everything squared away.

Should be closing on the house Friday if the VA reappraisal happens before.

Update:

2 days before closing our realtor went to the property to take care of some things. Well seller was knee deep in repairs they are under contract for.

Bad: Closing got pushed a week.

Good: They are repairing the waterline and septic, something I was worried was going to get pencil whipped.
