Sure. But I usually go to the gym after work every day so it doesn’t really matter; I’m sore either way. You can spread ‘em out through the day if 100 all at once is difficult. 25 when you wake up, 25 around lunchtime, 25 after work, 25 before bed.

Good list, agreed. I’d like to add that freedom means not only freedom for me, but for everyone else as well. I can freely learn and master a skill, trade my product or service value for value with someone else, someone who has learned and mastered another set of skills. Free trade and free exchange of ideas are not zero sum games; I get smarter, wealthier, happier — and so do you.
The state is a tool used for grasping more control and power. It doesn’t matter how small the state is. There will always be an incentive to grow government. The USA is a perfect example of this.
You don’t kill cancer by leaving a small piece of the tumor — you remove the whole thing. Remove the state, and the entire apparatus will crumble.
