intel instructions are emulated by the m1 chip I believe, it's very fast.

I’m playing with the rust one at the moment:
private relays are fun, can post your own messages to them for personal use, write bots that posts personal notifications to them, etc.
Public relays are harder to run but improve network resiliency

Back to $dayjob ☹️. Hacked on damus for 12 hours straight yesterday... nostr is so much fun! Can't wait for the testflight release.

I just turned off my friends timeline in Damus and just have a global view cause ur all my frens. Until y'all start posting furry shit then I'm switching back.
Sounds like people are upset that it's uncensorable. Bahaha.

hello
Why do this? Spam fightning mostly. minebot does it for fun.
We're still working on the spec, but informally for now its the number of leading 0 bits on a nostr event. You just add a nonce tag and increment it until you get a event id with specific number of leading zero bits/bytes. see #[3]
Eating sashimi and hacking on damus
The spammy event was from jb55/nostril. I wanted to see if I could notify every pubkey I could see on the relays. These replies are from Damus.
I'm thinking about ignoring random notes like these unless they are on your contact list
