More people are learning about crypto and want to take part in it and theres deep distrust of the system in play atm.

Banks wont be able to stay away from this for too long they are too greedy. Coz if not a bigger bank will form other alternatives will come along.

I do 3days/week. But I do a lot of sitting. Seeing s physiotherapist helped me correct day to day dumb stuff I was doing to my body. Things feel so so much better and gym is even more fun now.
And see a physiotherapist to make sure you are not doing anything stupid to your body.
Crazy to think all this happened in less than 15 yrs.

What worked for me was. I stopped consuming anything with caffeine after 5pm. Cold showers in the morning. Quick meditation after waking up and quick one before sleep.
Fixed my bloody body clock.
Buy bitcoin when its 22k. Buy bitcoin when its 25k buy bitcoin at whatever the bloody price its at.
Only thing that matters is how many sats you have on your cold wallet.
