What difference does signal make when the abstract power hierarchy has backdoor access to my device and records my screen 24/7?
The current state of things

People read all of my notes, even if those people are my enemies.
The fact there is a powerful group of people who want to suppress softwar and Bitcoin generally just shows how fucking sick and dysfunctional our species is.. the species that operates on a Bitcoin standard are not going to be sapiens... they will be our evolutionary descendants.
#Bitcoin is a network state consisting of an army (miners), legislators (nodes), and the general population (people who own bitcoin) all in one brilliant protocol... but it's also one other thing... it's also a perpetual state of non-lethal war between the miners. This last point is the most profound and least understood part of the system.
Until Satoshi opened the portal, cyberspace had been a domain of abstract power competition. With #Bitcoin, Satoshi chained cyberspace to physical reality. This masterstroke of computer science and engineering will be looked back upon by our descendants as an innovation so fundamental that its significance is ranked as high or higher than agriculture.
#Bitcoin more closely attaches a persons perception and sense of time to reality.
Where the person who leans towards abstract power wants to manipulate, distort, and memory-hole you. The person who leans towards physical power wants to tie everyone's perception of time to reality.
Imagine thinking nostr is any less susceptible to systemic exploitation than other platforms built on the legacy internet architecture.
Ever since the invention of intercontinental and submarine launched nuclear warheads the ability for our species to engage in kinetic war that actually produces winners and losers to effectively establish our dominance hierarchy has been disrupted, leading to massive systemic exploitation of abstract power.
This is what Bitcoin actually fixes.
Bitcoin isn't going away and as more nations adopt it they are uniting as a cohesive pack of physical power projectors, even if they are adversarial nations with no trust. Using conventional means of power projection to stop this protocol is no longer a practical goal for any nation who would want to stop it. We are moving away from mutually assuring destruction for security to mutually assuring the preservation of our species as a whole.
It will probably get a bit ugly for the species to establish the initial state of the newly emerging dominance hierarchy.
After that initial power competition things will calm down and the entire planet will be a cohesive united organization who competes over Bitcoins network.
There is a good chance that the US has already lost this initial competition... it's likely that Russian leadership already has the largest amount of Bitcoin on the planet (by a lot) and its now a matter of how long it takes US leadership to capitulate.

GM bots and or trolls.
This is a low IQ note.
GM bots and trolls.
As capital flows into a system, information is flowing into a database, the more information that flows into the database, the more efficient that database becomes. As the database becomes more efficient the database will become less volatile when viewed from the broken system. The BTC/USD price pair volatility is thus a measurement of the inefficiency of the broken system, not the new paradigm.
GM unrealistic, thermodynamically unrestricted, infinitely expanding state-space full of bots and trolls. 👋

"Proof-of-work protocols developed by computer engineers like Adam Back may represent the discovery of an externally stored programming technique that simultaneously changes the physical state of the environment outside of our computers as well as the physical state of the environment inside our computers, giving computer programmers a way to program our virtual environment and physical environment simultaneously and then link them together. With this capability, the abstractions we use in cyberspace start to reshape our surrounding physical environment and then import the real-world physical properties of our surrounding environment (properties like physical cost, physical scarcity, and physical decentralization) into cyberspace. It sounds extraordinary, but all that it takes to achieve this is for people to simply build the infrastructure needed to convert watts into bits, which is precisely what the Bitcoin network is doing."

"Just like the term “cloud” hides critical information about where bits of information are being physically stored, the use of object-oriented software abstractions like “coin” for proof-of-work protocols disguises the fact that the bits of information that are being metaphorically described as a “coin” represent state changes occurring outside of our computers, not inside of them. Because people don’t understand computer theory and they aren’t paying attention to the bottom of the tech stack, they overlook highly unique properties of proof-ofwork protocols which have a potential to change the game of cyber security or even change how humans perceive cyberspace."
