The supply lines are 1” Pex, about 300 feet. The heating coils in the beds are 3/4”, about 600 feet (16 beds, just over 3’ wide by 9’ wide). So far the temps are consistent. Still need to cover up/insulate the supply lines- layer of rigid insulation, sand around the pipes, another layer of insulation and then topped with sand.

Yes, water with corrosion inhibitor (FerNox). 3/4” oxygen barrier pex in the beds. We are in Northern Utah. 6,500 foot elevation

GM. The hydronic bed heating system is finally operational. The long term plan is to heat the water using a solar system, but for now we are testing with natural gas. #grownostr #greenhouse #gardening
