Do Nostr Clients keep the notes they read locally, read for the next session, (hence a permanent record even if the relay deletes it) or do they start with a blank slate every time?

Deactivate twitter? Sell remaining NFTs I have? Burn the rest that won’t sell. And become a full time pleb?
