All fixed now. These guys offer no phone support. I finally had to sign up for LinkedIn platinum to get ahold of someone from the company so that they would fix their support email account.
Anyone else have their Bitwage account cut off? I have been a premium customer since May and was happy with the experience.
However, I logged into my account a few days ago to see a message that says "You were not approved to use our payment services". I emailed support@bitwage.com and the email bounced back, your bitwage.com/slack page is throwing a 404 error. I called support and got no answer from customer service after holding for more than 3 hours yesterday and spent another hour holding today. Anyone know anyone that works there? Starting to look like a rug pull here.
