Great day. I actually went to the mall with my wife. We walked around. She goes a little slower for me, but most people wouldn't notice.

I gained another pound and a half, it's not food. So, it's fluid. I'll restrict more starting now, it's not a huge inconvenience. I've had to do it before. The men in the Article didn't drink at all after a point.

I had some tension in my upper abdomen, earlier. It dissipated. I always imagine those episodes are the collapsing of some remaining small vessel, so not nearly as bad as when the larger ones went.

My son was home for the weekend. Overall, I had a great Thanksgiving holiday.

I'm down to less than four weeks of fluconazole. I can't know that it is helping, but haven't let it get this low in a few years. Will I need more? It's a hassle to order.

Since The Doors resurgence in the 1980's, many books were published attempting to shed light on the band's music and its charismatic singer.

Some books were good and others seemed more like a money making efforts. I read a lot of those publications and found that three titles were pretty informative and revealing.

1. Jim Morrison: An hour for magic by Frank Lisciandro.

A well iillustrated tome full of informative and revealing stories.

2. Jim Morrison Life, Death, Legend by Stephen Davis.

Rigorously researched book filled with numerous rarely heard stories that don't shy away from revealing Morrison as a real human being full of contradictions

3. No One Here Gets Out Alive by Jerry Hopkins and Daniel Sugerman.

The book that started it all. Though it is a well written bio which was so good that i was unable to put down, it appeared slightly sensationalized making Morrison out to be somewhat of a narcissistic, boorish alcoholic while still being remarkably creative artist. Oliver Stone's film was apparently based on many things described in the book, thus creating a one note character without nuances and subtleties.

It was still a terrific book and a beautiful, but flawed movie.

I’ve been slowly building an e-book since the summer, and I made some great progress on it this weekend. It’s now sitting at about 40 pages.

It’s a beginner-friendly guide to the main woodworking machines I use in my own shop, written from my real experience.

Every tool in the book is one I actually own and use, and the photos are all from my shop.

The goal is to help new woodworkers figure out which machines really matter and how to build a capable home shop without wasting money.
