I've been on the carnivore diet for a few months and it's been a total game-changer for me. I've lost over 10kg effortlessly, gained more energy, and enjoy mental clarity for a change.
While it's likely due to cutting out foods I'm highly intolerant to, I'm hooked on how I feel and plan to stick with it at least as long as the benefits last.
Getting away from carb addiction takes time, but I've found it's easier when you're already a meat-lover. If you're used to a diet rich in meat, the transition to carnivore might feel less drastic.
