Since when is this an acceptable rhetoric and apptoach to solving public disputes in the Democratic Republic of France?
“Republican order will be re-established whatever the cost,” the French high commissioner in New Caledonia, Louis Le Franc, said in a televised address on Sunday. He warned that the rioters “will be risking the worst” if they do not back down.
The inactivity vs recklessness is very evident in western women. At first they are afraid to stand out, be different, look different, not to have a husband, not to have standard number of children, not to have a standard job, and then at the middle age they "find themselves", divorce, act like teenagers at the age of 50.
That would indicate too large steps or simply a reckless conduct. Which indeed is a way of life for most people. Nowadays people would be unreasonably fearful most of the time, and after reaching an instinctive end of tolerance of inaction would suddenly act reckless. It is like they hate investing effort in thinking so much, that they would do anything but profound thought. This was true throughout the entire history, just the balance of recklessness and inaction shifted.
You need to be mindful about every step you make, and the steps must be small enough, so that you would be capable to evaluate exactly what you are risking by taking the step and what is the potential gain from that particular step, and make an informed decision whther that is the step you want to take or look for better alternatives.
In my world bravery = russian roulette = stupidity.
With research, math, and very well studied and decomposed personal priorities, you can go through life with taking only minimal risks.

For those who do not know, Bratislava is one of the EU capitals.

Without certainty about the end result - yes. Without certainty about the ratio of danger vs reward of the next step - never.
What happens with men when they get money or power? Does somebody force-feed them carbs then?
I just thought my previous comment did not come out quite right. Big politics and influencing the entire humanity is a complex thing. Because of very long very complicated and wrong history. It is very much an exception where the middle finger and interfering with the matters of others could be the right approach.
In all other cases, especially in anything of a smaller scale, the right approach is to live alone in the woods/oceans - nature, and not engage in anything except when somebody comes to ask for an advice. And even then, put yourelf in the shoes of the requestor, and see what kind of an advice he is capable to interpret right. That is pretty much what Buddha did.
Yes, you should weigh your power against that of the enemy, project the consequence of your action or inaction, and choose wisely.
If you have the power of Trump, Bukele, Putin or Tate brothers (money, connections, guns, info and whatever else it is that they have), you may also stick a middle finger up in your enemy's face.
But only if in the grand scheme of things it is the most loving kindness approach there is.
Surprisingly, sometimes it actually is. Nothing is what it seems...
I don't know anything, just it looks to me like #Russia, and maybe mainland #China are planning to keep their #currencies while the rest of the world will move into #bitcoin. Do they have any significant reserves of bitcoin anywhere? I can imagine that for the current leaders it may seem logical from global diversification perspective, and they may think that they are not losing anything vs bitcoiners, because they are strong, will keep their currency honest, and it will be no worse than bitcoin. They are almost right, except they do not take into consideration the psychological aspect of feeling totally in control and unparented with bitcoin. The vast flow of ease of mind that will eventually result into endless creativity and human energy. They will be missing out on this and will again be tailing the rest of the world.
Somebody should tell them. Some things don't need to be overthought. If there is a thing that aligns well with all key budhist principles, and does not contribute to any of the 3 unwholesome routes, that is it. Use it. Don't compete with it, don't improve it, don't diversify it. Just like with investment - diversification is for beginners; if you know what you are doing and you know which asset is the best, go all in.
Imagine everyone in US and EU sitting in their posts watching this and realising 8 or less months left till this happens to them 😂.

Bees were around forever and never got extinct, despite the fact we never knew about bacteria and never burned any bees before. Help me make sense out of this.
I know I am not posting very much lately. Perhaps I already posted most things that I had to say? Me re-posting others included. Naturally I do not repeat what has already been said.
Just scroll to my very oldest posts and replies if you are interested.
Or just ask me a question.
I would love this if you replaced cigarettes with cigars. Better not Cuban, but Cuban are better than any cigarettes, too.
All cigarettes and cigarillos, unlike cigars, from all "western" influenced countries, including the American Spirit from Japan are poison. Not poison as natural tobacco smoke poison, but poisonous poison made of poison for the sake of poisoning. I am only not talking about Russian cigarettes because I don't know.
Don't tust me - verify, but I know what I am talking.
Whether smoke of natural tobacco is poison is another question. But even if it is, it is a very different kind than cigarettes.
P.S. I have come across some cigars exactly the same as cigarettes, but those are very rare. And if you do come across them, you should be able to notice their difference from all the rest, and their similarity to cigarettes.
I wouldn't mind if there were people unafraid to give me advices...
I know, it's my fault.
A wild thought:
If everything is owned by the same elites at the top of the pyramid, including everything american, chinese, russian, middle eastern, etc., then there will not be any competition, any game. They have nowhere to rush to. They will just keep buying only the bitcoin that is mined, and will keep the current price until the word gets out to the normies. Once the normies start buying, then there is competition, and then the dollar printer really starts and the price skyrockets.
Unless not everything is owned by the same elites.
We'll find out sooner or later.
Try following me 😁. I consider myself light, but the real obscure ones surely think I am obscure.
One thing for sure - when I have nothing to say, I don't write.
As a USSR citizen and a descendent of oppressed Lithuanian nationalists, I was unaware that anytime in the history anywhere in the world there have ever been any confiscations of anything, much less gold, by the governments except when bolsheviks took over the USSR countries.
Important to note is, that 99.9% in the west who feel poor and unfairely treated by their own elites, by the 0.1% of the west, even those 99.9% poors survive on clothes, shoes, furniture, electronics, food and fuel produced in, or at least largely produced by machinery produced in China, India, Middle East, Africa, South America and Russia. Note that it does not work the other way round. Except where there is almost no work required on top of work performed by the imported machinery, the westerners do not produce anything other than debt and audit schemes to one another (both are unedible, non-wearable and unentertaining). Certainly westerners do not export anything at all for the benefit of the rest of the world.
So, even the 99.9% of poor westerners, in effect, enslave the rest of the world. A neat pyramid the few infividuals at the top have built for themselves, haven't they?
