There is nothing more annoying than someone telling you to focus on one thing.
1st of all, mind your own business.
2nd, worry about your life.
3rd, if I don’t ask for your advice: don’t give it out. Cause there’s a reason I didn’t ask for it in the first place.
Focus on you and I do me fam.

Personally I find someone telling what to do or not do, quite triggering.
I guess that's my innate disagreeableness & something I've been working on.
Being triggered is a bit of a gift if you can insert some space between your ego & the words.
Your attention is like a spotlight in that everything else becomes dulled by it's focus. Shine your attention carefully & keep expanding.
