Here's the thought process: At this point in Bitcoin's adoption, there's a good argument to be made that people understand self custody.
There's also a good argument to be made that businesses understand the need to accept all methods of payment.
But most of them don't know how to make their self custodial wallet meet their invoicing & compliance needs. Most of them probably don't know the existence of nostr:nprofile1qqs22d4tralncqfnh2kmmarjkxk8449hwnk5xtqe3y5yry6hy7ytegqpzemhxue69uhk2er9dchxummnw3ezumrpdejz7qgcwaehxw309ahx7um5wghxvmt59emkj73wvf5h5tcpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsymkvl9.
I'm not talking about the plebs here on NOSTR. Most of y'all probably have an even more robust setup than the largest Bitcoin Treasury companies.
But newer merchants need a quick way to onboard to a great solution for accepting Bitcoin for their business. I firmly believe BTCPay Server is the best solution because it is the most accessible and cost efficient method. However, most get stuck at the onboarding stage
When self-deploying BTCPay, what you don't spend in money, you spend in time. It's not easy for non-technical people to get that up and running. And Luna node may be a solution, but it gets them halfway there. They want a plug & play solution ready to go. After BTCPay Server is up and running, you still need to configure your options.
This is where nostr:nprofile1qqsp6whtr5srmjwmx65hz8h0yf6pfn85n7pcxvnhkctdq5hgj07w9lcpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzv9hxgqgjwaehxw309ac82unsd3jhqct89ejhxqgewaehxw309ahx7um5wgh8qctvv9hxg6fwvdkx7atydxcjhs shines. The server is ready. All that's left is for Satcona to set up your store how they want it, and plug in the wallet you want to use. Satcona configures BTCPay for merchants. In other words, Satcona provides a cost efficient service to get you to accept Bitcoin in the wallet you like without the hassle.
#AskNostr Do you know any merchants that want to accept Bitcoin in a self custodial way? Did they stop trying because setting up BTCPay server is too complicated? Consider having them reach out to Satcona, and they'll be up and running before you can say SHSS.
Text to speech is really good imo.
Need a good text to speech feature on desktop.
They not a money transmitting service. It's self custodial so there shouldn't be an issue no?
What type of license would CoinOs need?
Am I the only OCD acoustic here that thinks these glizzies should be perpendicular to the grill at the risk of falling through?
You live a dangerous life Derek.
GM NOSTR,
Is your favorite wallet/ PoS down?
Good time to try nostr:nprofile1qqsp6whtr5srmjwmx65hz8h0yf6pfn85n7pcxvnhkctdq5hgj07w9lcpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzv9hxgqgjwaehxw309ac82unsd3jhqct89ejhxqgewaehxw309ahx7um5wgh8qctvv9hxg6fwvdkx7atydxcjhs π
GM Nostr,
Consider this note the petition to change the name ASIC'S to hashers. You heard it here first

Gradually then suddenly.
Central banking boom bust cycles would've happened some other time, if not in 2008.
2008 was and is inevitable.
What are these upsets π€£
Ant man is my goat.
I love the western conference rn.
I love the fact Celtics are down.
I love the fact that nuggets are up.
This is probably my favorite NBA playoffs in a couple of years.
Last one was prolly 2014-2015 when baby face curry with old man iguodala won their first

So my question is: is this op_return duality between Bitcoin knots and Bitcoin core a fork?
In other words, if a pleb would switch to Bitcoin knots instead of Bitcoin core to avoid this op_return fiasco, does it mean that their transactions on Bitcoin knots don't get recorded on Bitcoin core?
And I guess to push this further: what if the Bitcoin knots developers go rogue?
So good news is the bike was returned and the fee was waived.
Lesson learned. Don't trust, verify.
Next time I'll double & triple check that the bike got locked back in place.
I rented a public bike yesterday in my city and docked it 30 mins after
My timers been running for 24 hrs+ and obvs the bike is no longer where I left it.
Called tech support and told me to wait 7 days and if the bike is not returned then we'll talk.
Not the first time I rented a bike and returned it. But this obviously happens after I buy a "seasonal pass".
This is bullshit. Will post the follow up bill in 7 days.
To continue the puns...this is the way.
The real proof smartphones are ADHD casinos is that you can't fucking download more than 500 photos at a time without your phone either
- locking itself
- timing out the request
- attempting to do it only to realize there's not enough storage halfway.
So frustrating
Time to melt some faces off

Might as well call it a Carneyval πͺπ‘
I love your content my guy but this is a L take.
Newsletters are why I hate email.
I'm having issues accessing the website. It's not loading except if I use the link for Citadel dispatch, aka like putting in a specific Npub in the URL
Crazy work. I've never seen a news outlet condense so much roasting in this short amount of time.
Target audience must be zoomers with their ADHD attention span, and bitcoiners because we're accoustic
