Two years ago, I weighed 103kg. Through intermittent fasting and mindful eating, I’ve lost 28kg and recently hit 75kg! 🎉

Now, I’m doubling down on the HealthMaxi lifestyle—continuously learning from those ahead of me while supporting others who want to make a change.

To modify an excellent proverb, the best time to buy bitcoin was in 2009, the second best time is today - to paraphrase, it’s never too late to start and I now see the value.
