I agree about immigration requiring at least compatible cultures, if they're mutually exclusive (like in basically the entire 3rd world) then you're going to have severe issues within a few generations and it'll only get worse. Economic migrants are a cancer imo, they're not fleeing from hostile cultures that they don't fit in with they just want the benefits of a 1st world country whilst pretending their culture is still somehow on par when it clearly yields terrible results.
The UK was at one point, with a few exceptions here and there. I don't know if Murica can claim the same though, as both the invaders and native invaded were white over the pond.
