I don't normally like to toot my own horn but this is a milestone for me. The week of Thanksgiving last year I stepped on the scale and it read almost 380 pounds. It was a smack in the face for me and I realized I needed to do something to make sure I am around for my family as long as possible.
I've been eating keto and exercising since then and this weekend was the first time in over a decade that the scale has read below 300 pounds for me. I still have a long way to go but I'm on the way.
I've also included a pic of my most recent labs for those that might wonder what eating mostly fat for 9 months will do to your lipids.

Itās very unlikely. Thereās about 10-15 years before it would even become a concern. It assumes btc gets no traction and the chain usage doesnāt pick up at all. In other words if btc fails it becomes a problem! Lol. There will be massive hash rate increases due to stranded methane and stranded energy. Itās very unlikely with hash going exponential and the Decentralization of hash that comes with the above, that any state authority could gain 51%. Bc as we know, it has to be an attacker that doesnāt want to make money, otherwise they would just mine btc. Also, even if someone did get 51% the settlement time and finality is pushed back. No coins are stolen.
