I have iPhone XR, I care a lot about quality, mostly taking family pictures and videos. Since I bought iPhone 13 mini for my wife I’ve been using mostly that for family pictures. Close ups pictures would be useful on a holiday or trips, but my XR didn’t allow me that
Is the 5x telephoto on iPhone 15 Pro Max worth it or is the 3x on the normal Pro enough?

My guess is they’ll still get more without having to pay the visa/mastercard/bank transaction fees and maybe they will not declare this sale, so they won’t also pay taxes from this :)
It would be great if stores would be legally allowed to offer a fixed % discount for cash payments.
What I love on #greece is that in some situations when you are going to pay cash you’ll get a random discount :). Like today I bought some souvenirs, price was 24.10€ and when the store owner saw I was going to pay cash, he changed the price to 24€.
Another time, on a boat, I bought some food for 20.60€, I gave them 20€ bill and I was going to give them those 60 cents and the lady waved her hand, said “it’s ok” and sent me away.

I used to hate Russians and Germans on holiday (I have multiple bad experiences with both these nations), and since today I also hate the arrogant and smug French. Every day there is a mini disco for kids and both the French and Czech animation team dance together. But today the French animation team probably had a free day today, so what did they do? They screwed over the non-French kids. They didn’t allow the Czech team to use the sound and light system, but they didn’t give up, used their own small external speaker and danced in the dark :-).
We may be in the same union, but the west will always look over the central/eastern europeans and think more of themselves.

We are near Georgioupoli. Agia Pelagia is very nice, we were there last year on a one day trip. We plan to visit Balos Lagoon and Elafonissi Beach. Photo is what I’m looking at right now while drinking nonalcoholic cocktail :) 
Nope, he just said something normal to his wife, no “pyčo” or something similar :). Just the beer and big belly was enough. Also his wife looked like a typical modern czech grandma, with short gray haircut. It was an old couple with their grandson.
We are in a hotel full of mostly French tourists, with some Germans, Czechs and Slovaks. During one dinner my wife told me “look at that man, he looks Czech to me”, I asked her “why”, she replied “he is drinking beer and has a big belly, not like those slim French guys drinking wine”.
