Sim, na prática construímos as funções do zero só para entender a biblioteca. Seria bem mais fácil se a biblioteca só já tivesse uma boa documentação.
Algumas semanas atrás eu passei pelo mesmo problema tentando implementar uma transação p2sh-p2wsh. Foi uma campanhade guerra, estava usando uma biblioteca com python e acabei por ter que implementar boa parte das minhas funções do zero a partir das nips. A documentação das bibliotecas deixa muito a desejar.

That would be hell. But We're safe, linkedin users love warm lies, hr meetings and fiat money. Nostr is the cold hard truth.
Autistic nerds brought almost everything from calculus to atomic energy.
It's important to remind that even when the govt funded the development of tech we use today and take as granted, the govt itself cannot create anything, only individuals can. The govt is not necessary for creation, individuals are.
And Bitcoin is capable of empowering individuals, as it should be, again to be able to create the future.

If someone asked me to define Nostr this is what I'd say:
Nostr is a place where a bunch of autistic nerds gm eachoter with zaps and push the tech that is creating a sane financial system with the hardest money on earth which is Bitcoin. It is a pretty cool place actually.
