Start with a KB you can comfortable do 20 reps with. I try to keep my breaths at half my reps or less. So when I’m doing 10 swings I want to take 5 or less breaths.

Going up to 20 then back down is 420 reps

KB swing ladder 1-20.

Breath only through your nose between sets.

Goal is to minimize the breaths between sets.
