I’m gonna try this.

Start with a KB you can comfortable do 20 reps with. I try to keep my breaths at half my reps or less. So when I’m doing 10 swings I want to take 5 or less breaths.

Going up to 20 then back down is 420 reps

Nope, I shoveled snow the morning before I did mine. Later I realized it’s the same motion 🤣

I don’t think I can think of a more similar movement 😂. Your VO2 and cheeks are gonna be rock solid.

That’s moving, well done! You’re using, what, less than half the breathes? Or are you the world’s fastest breather? I’m getting over a cold from the kids, but I’ll try tomorrow.

Max was 4 a few times around the top. Legs were sore but cardio felt great.

I get to a point to where I want to swing the kettle bell so I can breathe out of my mouth.

Isn’t that the truth! Also cuts down on your time.

Just finished, shaved off about two more minutes to 25+. The snot rockets, slowed me down lol.

You probably won’t see much of a difference if any. Improvements in endurance or VO2 max if you want think if it in those terms is movement specific. Great for cardiovascular health tho 👍🏼

I’ve done this once a week for 3 weeks and I’ve cut 5 min off my time from 29 down to 24 min. Definite improvement in how many breaths I need. Max was 5-6 towards the top.

That’s awesome and I believe it. I shaved off a few minutes on my run from prior. I will do it again tomorrow.

Just finished. Improved by 8 minutes (35->27) and almost every round I used less breathes. But man the lower back is crushed. I tried on Wednesday and got halfway when my back felt like it was going to explode. I think once a week is good.

Nice work! My legs and back aren’t as rekt this week. I was doing this on Saturdays and leg day on Monday which was killing me the last 2 weeks
