Engagement with others is key here, if you just post and wait for people to flock and follow it won't happen, my suggestion would be to engage with others, reply to others notes, and stick around and have fun, zap notes, maybe vary content sometimes to engage a broader audience, engaging with others is your algorithm

Totally agree, problem is 80-90% of the worlds educational programs are so far behind they wouldn’t even know how to manage it properly
