Gut rolls are easiest. Do it my dude 😅 the more you practice, the more likely you will succeed at anything. As long as you follow those instructions/tips. You wont fuck your vocals long term. Just learn to sing like cookie monster 😆.
Also don't get tempted to do inhale screams. Yes they sound crazy heavy but like it will longer term fuck your vocals up.
Believe it or not women are able to scream waaaay better then men 😅.

I don't know if I shared this tip with #nostr on how to learn how to scream death metal vocals. Legit when I was learning over a decade ago, I was told to legit work on perfecting the perfect cookie monster voice 😆. If you can do cookie monster, you will be able to hit some pretty nasty low screams. Just remember to never push from your throat. You need to push from your diaphragm or you will rip your vocal cords and sound like mickey mouse for the rest of your life. Trust I've met people who never learned to scream properly, tried to be a vocalist and now sounds like legit mickey mouse in his normal speaking voice 😂. Practice all those things and next thing you know you will be able to sing "Eaten" by Bloodbath 🫡
