Appreciate the welcome. I'm a deist but my wife and I actually met through the Catholic church. We're both confirmed Catholics that are no longer practicing (excluding Christmas mass, which I never miss). However, my oldest son does go to a Catholic school - best education around, they do a great job.

I've been told there's shadow banning on amethyst. Both seem pretty use friendly so far. I'm trying premium on Primal to see what it's all about. I do see some better functionally with amethyst though. I'm considering bringing my writing to nostr. Is there a client best for that?

You can consider starting over and using https://start.njump.me to set up a new profile. Just take the time to read the accompanying tekst and it will clarify a lot. Should not take too much time. After this, you can use the identity you have created in all the different Nostr apps :)
