Narrow hips w a proportional ass, that’s a market

CNN : this is the most important presidential election in history.

I’m not old enough to say much but I can tell you patients have never been more opinionated about elections/election stances since I’ve started caring for the elderly and ill. Maybe it is the ā€œpresidentā€ that gets them all going…we know it’s more than that. Look šŸ‘€ at the economy, mental health, family structure, overall wellbeing of natural born US citizens…there’s something different going on…I do agree with that

Late night nostr folks how do you balance? What’s your coping mechanism in this trash market?

Tonight is my Friday night 🄳 overtime life

He’s such a snuggler

All these companies and their proprietary batteries. Like what if I want to switch from Craftsman tools but all my batts are Craftsman…scammers

This rooftop bar we went to today gave my friend fresh cotton candy to go with her cocktail šŸ¹

I wonder how much more ā€œdevelopmentā€ we will have from men like Casey Rodamour, who some deem ā€œgenius.ā€ Go on his blog and get in his brain. Some organizations are hosting him to talk, while blasting others ethics publicly without realizing they just supported THIS guy. Check this out from 2021:

Someone at work, seemingly intelligent, introduced me to bitcoin runes…so recently I’ve been learning more about arbitrary data. Here’s a way you can run your node to filter out arbitrary data.

Sometimes the absence of a feature is a feature.

Inner city folks without transportation get stuck going to hospitals that often lack resources and adequate follow up from physicians. This results in poor outcomes and quality of care. Staff is overwhelmed, unable to complete tasks like turning patients, thorough assessment, and communication with the docs and team members.

They lack simple things like: a receptionist to answer the phone, a nurse aide to take their vital signs or help patients to the bathroom, a break buddy to watch their patients while they eat to ensure safety, and a phlebotomist to collect STAT labs.

All of this causes burnout and blame culture. Management who respond with consequences can’t understand why it doesn’t get better.

Bar talk:

Person 1: ā€œI’m not a left handed guy, but the machine goes left to right. The only exception is when I’m masterbating.ā€

Person 2: ā€œThen you’re meeting someone new.ā€

Ten years ago, I wouldn’t commonly see my patients with children over thirty years younger than them. The last two years I’m seeing it more. I wonder what it will be like if I’m still at the bedside in my 50s.
