Cosmos and Calendula, lovely and simple flowers.
Amen, seek peace in the void.
That looks good! I need dinner, like right NOW!

The clarity of the reflection in the water seems perfect in this one.
Nice! Those are hard to keep consistent, I'm impressed.
I've enjoyed using a compass in my drawings on occasion...need help to keep stuff even.
Not a show, but thought I'd plug a book, Tress of the Emerald Sea! One of the most refreshing, funny, romantic, and engrossing books I've read in a while. Part of a larger "Cosmere" so there are some references you might not get if you haven't read the authors other work, but a very good standalone none the less.
Who's work? I love it, almost looks like Moebius, but maybe a little too industrial...?
I am a big fan of practical yet beautiful!
Yeah, I took the picture in landscape, and this is how it uploaded. I didn't take the time to fiddle with it, figure folks can turn their phone to the side; if you are on desktop... Well, don't give yourself a crook in the neck!
This is I think my favorite of your paintings, I am a sucker for orange and blue.
Quick art upload, pretty happy with this one, first time taking on the challenge of water... Used Noodlers Walnut, Kuretake black brush pen, and De Atramentis Atlantic Blue. The moon is ink on a tissue, dabbed on, and then gone over with a white charcoal pencil.
Rattlesnake; native to the new world, used by Benjamin Franklin, Christopher Gadsden and others, to represent America as a deadly yet honorable foe, warning those who threaten before it strikes.
Considered glorious by China though....
That's crazy, I suppose our supply chain is somewhat unique, maybe it is time for a change...#beefinitiative
Lol, you stole my comment just before I posted! Plus, better written...
There are varying degrees of ability, perhaps things like eye sight, and perhaps the gift of opportunity, but I agree with nostr:npub17nd4yu9anyd3004pumgrtazaacujjxwzj36thtqsxskjy0r5urgqf6950x no artist got there without thousands of hours of hard work, exploration, and probably plenty of self doubt/criticism; not to mention public criticism. Plus, fame is not a consequence of gift, there are plenty of amazing artists who are not very famous.
Hahahaha. Nice, in the old and new meaning of the word.
