Does any client offer a "thread view" like Twitter? By which I mean displaying a sequence of tweets from the same author in a straight line that is easy to read, instead of treating everything as normal replies?

#[0] what do you think of adding this to https://github.com/mikedilger/gossip? I can try to implement it in a couple of years if you don't do it before me.

It is something they calculate there on member.cash, I don't have any details.

All good in the Matrix:

Not really. Nostr is completely different from Bitcoin.

Yes, hard to buy, they seem to be absurdly expensive.

This is good news, I missed it because I wasn't following the sandwich guy and his tagging of me didn't work:

I hope the eggplant festival doesn't start right now.

ahahah, really? You're using an old event from me? That's cool.

Please don't block me, #[1]!

Is this the actual Rusty? Using an iPhone?

I use tick marks everywhere to delimit code. Perhaps influenced by Markdown, but it works in plaintext.

I don't know if that is an honest answer. It is hard to believe. Are you serious?

I know the numbers are astonishing, but I thought these could maybe be people from Twitter that couldn't get into the Damus Testflight.

But why? Random people with iPhones will just install apps randomly all day?

That's my approach too and I am not shy of force-pushing if I'm the sole or main developer of a thing. `git reset --hard HEAD~20; git pull; cargo run` did it for me.

How many users do we get automatically for free from the sole fact that it is on the App Store?

Safer Nostr relays (good for filtering out spam on replies and global feed):

- wss://eden.nostr.land, 5000 sat fee

- wss://nostr.milou.lol, 1000 sat fee

- wss://nostr.member.cash, requires 2+ internal score

- wss://relay.minds.com/nostr/v1/ws, just minds.com users
