https://syusui-s.github.io/rabbit is pretty interesting.
#[0] wss://relay.nostr.band/ is returning notes older than the `"since"` value in filters. Not a big issue, just in case you didn't know.
What does POW=18 mean in Gossip? 18 bits?
Can someone that speak these languages check the quality of these translations and vouch for them? https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nostr/pull/131
I didn't make either. I actually didn't want any of them to exist.
If the average is so small, that means there must be a pretty big number of nodes that have a lot more than that.
BoltCard Wallet | A new LNDHUB wallet (fork of Bluewallet)
Good nice news ! We have a new nice LN wallet !
Bluewallet was forked by the CoinCorner Team that they also bring the famous BoltCards LNURL NFC cards.
This Bluewallet fork was adapted to manage your own NFC BoltCards and also connect to your own LN node, using the lndhub protocol.
So now is even much easier, if you run a LN node, to be the "Uncle Jim" LN bank for your friends and family.
This BoltCard Wallet have same UI and functionalities of the old Bluewallet, but added features to manage NFC cards.
Keep in mind: it doesn't have the onchain wallet functionalities, only the lndhub accounts for BoltCards and wallets.
The BoltCard team also made it simple to install a lndhub server on top of your own LN node and manage all these cards and wallets in a non-custodial way.
Here some links:
Webpage - https://boltcardwallet.com/
Github - https://github.com/boltcard/boltcard-wallet

This is working wonderfully. People who are afraid of the regulators leave the market, others join. The more custodians the better.
Oh, #[0] could read that if it was a written discussion! If only we had a system to pay sats to make some articles more attractive for him to pick than others...
Can also be audio. The important thing is that I can't read.
Was there such a thing or am I hallucinating?
#[0] is there a video of your discussion with Casey Muratori about clean code killing performance?
Ran some analytics on zaps on nostr, it's quite terrible...
~95% of users have their lightning address set to a custodial wallet
~91% of all zaps by volume have gone to a custodial wallet
#[0] is the clear winner of 50% of users and 67.5% of volume

something something bolt12?
Makes no difference to me since I don't know Japanese anyway. It was fun, I wasn't complaining.
Sorry, I meant 5000 BTC.
I thought the actual concern was with hackers gaining direct access to servers, then just sshing and moving the funds to themselves, not some convoluted weird Lightning-specific attack. We didn't see any of these hacks (but we did see hundreds of exploits in application code that manage users' balances).
I mentioned you because you previously said wrt a key rotation law “I don’t care about this law, just ignore that law.” (https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/lightning-tidbits/episodes/Lightning-Tidbits-769571-e1ssfqm @ 14:49)
No, people are not embedding GDPR inside the Nostr protocol, but GDPR is being discussed.
During the Q&A of a speaker today, GDPR was mentioned from an audience member. GDPR was also mentioned by a speaker later in the day.
What are your current thoughts on GDPR with regard to the nostr protocol?
Thank you for listening!
My current thoughts are that everybody should ignore GDPR, of course.
This is correct according to the UX best practices for normies, as we know from experience that normies never remove any spaces.
Something like this? https://github.com/phyro/fo-relay
Must be tweaked to actually store things for 48 hours, but the entire codebase is 40 lines of Go.

This was the most poorly worded and misunderstood post I ever made. I wanted to find out if Victoria AUS National Socialists had demonstrated at the capital near the women's march as described in articles like this one https://www.nytimes.com/2023/03/20/world/australia/melbourne-nazi-salute.html . I didn't want to be mobbed by nazis trying to convert me. I will be more careful next time.

Why poorly-worded? I think it was very funny and insightful and I also want to meet a neo-nazi, which I have never seen or knew anyone who knew one.
I have seen socialists, though, a lot of them.
