I don't understand this conversation because I was not present, but since you mentioned me please explain. Are people trying to embed GDPR inside the Nostr protocol?
No, I don't mean them at all.
The first fiatjaf there is fake.
"We must reduce the UI to have no information at all, only a single button, very large, that these disgusting dumb people can click whenever they are hungry."
Are they really blaming social media? ahahah
UX designers that think about "the normies" are the real "you'll own nothing and be happy" evil types.
Twitter is confusing and obtuse, though, Telegram is better:
Please contribute.
These previews should also be available on https://nostr.guru/.
https://github.com/fiatjaf/nostr-gateway now does smart previews that work on Telegram and Twitter:

Try it on https://gateway.nostr.com/, hopefully soon also on https://nostr.guru/.
Text-to-image and notes with linked images working fine on Twitter:

when rename coracle to contenteditable.social
Yes, I actually like light mode sometimes.
Does "space" make any sense in a world in which people have 10TB of node_modules?
What was the rationale again for using shared libraries? That thing is a mess. The root of all problems in the world.
Nozzle is very good, very simple, lightweight and fast, but needs better support for mentions, copying a reference to a post, and I would really like to see the ability to dynamically switch between relays or groups of relays when fetching replies to a note (the notes themselves are only coming from relays on the "gossip" model and that's great).
Is this just trolling or do you have something concrete there? I'm interested.
I've heard rabble* -- that's what I wanted to write. #[0] please fix mentions on contenteditable!
Someone else showed up out of nowhere and started debating with the unhelpful commenter, adding more unhelpfulness to the entire thing: https://github.com/fiatjaf/module-linker/issues/37

Please solve Coracle's text editor first!
Mentions and pasting are not working well. Pasting always pastes stuff at the end and mentions has some weirdness. Are you using contenteditable?
