Yeah I think I have the water issue too. My body doesn’t have the switch that tells me to drink… until I’m on the verge of dehydration. Even then I find it hard to get it down

I’ve known a few people like this. I have a buddy that drinks coffee non stop all day even in the summer while doing hard labor.

He might drink a liter of water to my gallon.

If a book had a decent number of diagrams and charts, would you want the audio version or would you want the physical/ebook (visual version)?
