SHA256 PoW challenge to prevent agressive AI crawling bots burdening your servers

Well, there are many things missing at Nostr to make it a popular public space:

• History

• Searchability (google (sorry))

At X/Twitter I can find tweets from almost 20 yrs ago. At Nostr 2 weeks?

Google, duckduckgo and AI crawlers should be able to access the Notes and other stuff (if we want that as a community).

If I google for

site:primal.net

I don’t see legible content

a staked eth is not an unstaked eth, indeed.

As an European, I am looking forward to a criss cross Europe road trip this dummer, visiting Tuscany, Monaco, Genua, Torino, Heidelberg and more…

Alessandro Palombo: “Everyone thinks Europe is finished. In 20 years, they'll wish they had bought in early.

AGI takes over. Productivity is infinite. Everything is automated.

So, tell me: what actually becomes scarce?

NOT another piece of software — but authentic human experience.

When machines handle everything, what do people crave? Beauty. Meaning. Significance.

And Europe has been accumulating that for centuries.

It's sitting on the most undervalued asset of the AI age:

- 500+ UNESCO World Heritage sites (the US? 25)

- The world's greatest museums

- 50M+ cultural tourists in France alone

- Centuries-old universities, libraries, cafés

- The birthplace of opera, ballet, fine wine

The real arbitrage? Owning land in places machines can't replicate.

In the AI age, people will split into two groups:

- New "landlords" stacking assets

- New "renters" living off AI welfare (UBI, digital credits, whatever comes next)

So where will the new “landlords” want to live?

Not in a sterile AI-optimized city. Not in a hyper-efficient pod.

They'll want Paris, Rome, Vienna. Cities that weren't built for algorithms, but for the soul.

Europe today is like Bitcoin at $10—misunderstood, underpriced, and wildly asymmetric.

I talk to global investors every day. The smartest ones see it:

In an AI-dominated world, the ultimate luxury won't be another software tool. It'll be the ability to feel human.

Europe has that.

What's your take on this?”

Nice to hear you , mentioning ‘Another’, FOA and FOFOA; their writings helped me turn into a goldbug, I think 20 yrs ago.

When Fofoa’s blog was still unpaid I argued with him (around 2013) that Bitcoin would become a great SoV too, but he always dismissed Bitcoin as “it is not physical”.

Curious what F. thinks about Btc today….

I just opened a laptop I don't use often. Logged in into Primal.net via Firefox. Had to confirm Alby. Oh yes, I installed Alby a few months back. Asked for a pin, wtf ? I entered that last time.

Please dear Nostr software devs: keep it all simple. Set and forget. Never lose login credentials, for example after browser update or whatever. Never let me fill in a second credentials screen. Integrate it.

I will now continue without zapping.

Question for the front-end / fullstack webdevelopers.

I've started a new attempt rebuilding my own website with just Drupal instead of having two outdated codebases (a single-page application with Vue2 and Gatsy for my blog). With this rebuild, I'm looking at which CSS / front-end framework I like to implement. For many years I've been building stuff with Bootstrap and for the last 3-4 years I've switched to TailwindCSS when starting from scratch. For some projects I've also used some extensions like DaisyUI which give you a lot of components out of the box.

Currently https://sebastix.nl is using Vanilla (vanillaframework.io) but I'm not going to re-use that as it's quite hard for me to switch between three different frameworks (I would like to keep it to 2 at max).

As it's my own website and I would like to keep the design mostly the same, I would like to move fast when building the new front-end (technical it will be a Drupal theme with CSS+JS using Twig templates).

What is your favorite CSS / front-end framework? And why? 🤓

So I can update my curated list with resources on this topic:

why does Damus client show preview of fxtwitter link, but Primal not? @mbraticevic

Musk was o/c trolling there.

Zerohedge should have answered with a more jokingly remark.
