I do want to post on these communities, so that when people come they'd find stuff and interact / post / reply, but there isn't a good client for them yet imo.
In regards to DEG Mods, I'm not sure if each mod would need its own community/forum, I'd imagine that's too much (current comment section should be enough, especially since there'll also be blog posts from the creator visible along those mod posts, which I think can also be categorized as well and presented in a way where those blog posts can be under a specific mod, creator can create a category list and it would be hooked up to their profile page, where even fans can post under that category. Will look into it in the future / see if it can be done).
However, if a Steam/Itch alt on nostr were to ever be created, then ya each game would have its own community page created by the game creator/seller (would be so cool if I'll ever come to create said project =3)

Sure. Haven't posted there in a while, and haven't seen anyone recently post there.
Not surprising though. Nostr community apps may have been abandoned (I tried using the two I used in the past but they weren't loading, and tried nostrudel but I wasn't see any communities aside from one, and didn't see an option to manage in Amythest. The last hope was Satellite which had everything working over there / very snappy).
Now I'm thinking of, at some point, adding "communities" in DEG Mods... would need to think how to go about it to avoid issues like the rest and enhance it somehow.
Side note: Also added you to the anime one =P
I've been trying to dig into it more but there's barely any communications / info on them, even though they've been out for a while i think. Weird. It's an amazing product from my use of it so far.
They really need to up their communications/messaging and marketing.

The battle of the swipes has officially begun xD
Swipe up = from inside to out = from me to the person infront of me.
Swipe down = out to in = the person infront of me to me.
To right / To left would be transactions/settings for either sides (most apps have have the burger menu at left or right, some with a swipe to right or left to view it. ex: amythest).
The send screen would open up the camera immediately at full screen, however, at the bottom of the screen there'd be a field with a button to add an address (both option options active on the same screen). saves a tap or two with this design I'd imagine.
If the user scans, or inputs an addresses, it switches to amount + confirmation screen to send.
NFC scan is always on while the app is on or running in the background, so that's a direct to confirmation screen.
Swipe down would show QR + copy address + field for custom amount with a button to re-generate QR with that amount + copy invoice button.
Solution: Toggle to flip controls. Everybody wins x3

The tech is there. I made an nfc card months ago that does basically that (though the UX of reaching that point in a non custodial way is not good, but the end result is a very simple UX usage).

Perhaps they'd see your comment and add that function in the future (to utilize some phones' NFC, if available, and allow what you described). I believe they would considering their stated mission on the site.

Hoping for two things as a user:
1. Browser extension with the same awesome UX and features.
2. Both app and wallet extension to generate/manage nostr addresses.
At which point at switch to it there too and promote it.
Hoping for one thing as a merchant for my project:
1. Recuring autopayments template.
I'd have it as the prime option to promote for people to use to interact with me and the project.
I'd love if we can have continuous talks, if possible, to achieve those potential goals (especially the merchant side).
