Also if you’re not an experienced cyclist I wouldn’t recommend renting a bicycle to move through the city.
There’s lots of roadworks and the city is already having difficulties with handling all the traffic. Walking or using public transport is in my opinion a better option.
Then coming back on the restaurants, if you’re in the Dam Square area don’t be tempted to eat there because it’s one big tourist trap.
