GrapheneOS already has a strong and dedicated supporter base, many of whom are eager for a phone built entirely by the project itself. Pre-selling the phone to early adopters through platforms like Kickstarter or Indiegogo or even better, through direct pre-orders on the official website would be a highly effective way to raise funds while retaining full control. Just make sure to include #bitcoin as a payment and donation option — that way, both the community and potentially some generous whales can chip in to support the project 😉#LetsFundGraphene campaign will be a big deal for the 🌍

Private keys and key shares can also be handled completely offline. Once generated, you can distribute individual shares to trusted people involved in running the social media account. For connectivity, you can either connect through Tor relays or run your own Citrix on GrapheneOS for added isolation.
P.S. According to the video I shared earlier, it looks like Frostr should work in this setup. I haven’t tested it myself yet, though.
