If you look at any node on Amboss, we all have many forced close channels.
It’s costing the network a lot of sats, and making a lot for miners.

Same problem here. There are managing scripts, but not maintained much, which seems risky while LN code is changing so often.
We just set at network median ppm and 0 base fee:
Then adjust that for channels that unbalance at that rate.
I have used Electrum for PC several years and continue. Has much capability, but the best way i heard its UX described was, “It’s like joggling chainsaws”.

So, i haven’t tried it on mobile or Lightning.
