Has anyone had mysterious , hidden #Bitcoin #Lightning nodes opening private #LN channels to your node?
That is, when looked up, they don’t have any public (announced) channels.
Might these be from chainalysis nodes?
With unannounced channels, their txs will be routed by connected routing nodes, but any inbound tx from each channel they know to originate at that peer.
So, it becomes a kind of targeted #KYC.
Is that plausible?

I prefer where the local armed gang at least does not pretend that they are anything other than robbers and bullies.
