So, if a lithium battery was scaled up to the power output and longevity of a nuclear plant, would the risk be higher or lower than the risk of just running a nuclear reactor?

If Australia introduces a wealth tax; Bitcoin edition:
1) borrow BTC against your assets
2) transfer the borrowed BTC to your child
Result:
1. Your wealth is decreased
2. Your child has BTC
3. No CGT event occurs
This works because Bitcoin ownership doesn't require contracts.
The more I think about it, the more I realise that life is just high time preference people beating low time preference people in a zero sum game.
