Only Ken goes through a real transformation. Just like Greta cut-up the timeline in Little Women, she cut-up the timeline of the Ken Musical. It's Ken's movie, it's Ken's story, told from the limited-POV of Barbie with dramatic irony. I could re-edit the timeline and scenes and make it obvious. The big speech is more the "conservative" critique of Glamor Mag Feminism, than feminism.
