It's not about having the right people. It's about organizing the structure of how people relate so that it's conducive to cooperation and prosperity. In computer science, you have resources, like data, memory, and CPU time. The various ways you put those identical pieces to work have tremendous differences in results.
Everyone's lives matter. Let's chill out. The awesome thing is that no Karen has enough power on Nostr to remove us from the protocol, just like we don't have the power to remove them (even though they're stupid enough to think we do).
