Whenever someone describes how LLMs aren't intelligence, they describe how human intelligence works except way better. Then they say we can't fully explain every output we are seeing and don't fully understand how it works. Kind of like human consciousness.🤷

Are public models there yet? Probably not, but they seem awfully close and private models are far better already. Who knows what the government has. Open open open is the way. Not corporate open output, but individual and collaborative open back end and full weights and training data. There are many out there, there is no stopping it. Embrace the future. 🫡

I agree. Democratizing LLMs as fully open source as is the only way humanity can really have a chance with this technology. If the training data is only in the hands of corrupt organizations and governments then they will just use it as their ultimate tool for controlling information.

3 months of a normal annual salary goes to pay taxes. Most of that tax money goes to service the interest on the national debt to central bankers. Then our government borrows more money from the central bankers who just print it off which causes our hidden tax of inflation which kills any savings anyone had accrued over their lifetime.
