Just finished recording episode 4 of "A plebs Take" I had the most fun so far on this one. It's titled "Nostr the social protocol" I spent this last week learning about the key pairs relays and clients that make Nostr work.

I've put all that together in order to explain nostr to the newbies.

I actually learned a ton about how relays communicate with clients and the clients back to the relays. Did you know that relays don't communicate with each other? I didnt.

Also in diving into public/private key pairs I learned more about the nature of #Bitcoin wallets which helped me to understand the important distinction between public/private key pairs and your memonic seeds words associated with your wallet.

I am really enjoying creating this show for myself and for you guys, I didn't realize I'd have so much fun in the process...i guess that's what happens when you're fascinated by the subject and deeply invested in educated yourself around it.

I can't imagine anyone that's already on Nostr needs help understanding how the protocol works, so there won't be much signal for you here....however if you want to help me out I would appreciate and be willing to pay a small amount of my sats for some feedback to this episode and past episodes. I want to do the best I can for the listeners, and with your help I can do a much better job.

I don't know but it's really starting to feel like a coordinated attack on Americans

It's to be expected...

I'd like to do an episode on the Nostr protocol to help explain to the normies what it is and how it can be useful to them.

My main idea is to give a basic explanation of public/private key pairs (public key encryption)

So the user understands how they post an event and how it's secured by their private key.

I want to help listeners understand, generally how the clients and relays work within Nostr.

Are there any concepts that I need to mention that might help myself and others understand the protocol better?

in doing my research on this episode I've come across alot of really hard to understand articles about nostr relays and clients. While I'm starting to grasp the protocol and how it works I'd like to get some grounding in my knowledge of it.

Can you recommend some good articles or people I can follow where I might get some information regarding these topics that is maybe more easily digestible?

I apreciate any help in this endeavor. I certainly want to provide as much signal as possible and not confuse listeners with hard to understand ideas and logic. I'll do the best I can to bring awareness around Nostr and Bitcoin to my community and anyone who listens to my show.

The public key is derived from the private key and creates messages that the private key signs correct?

100 percent my friend. To handle the things life throws at you you need to be your best self it takes work and effort but it's worth every second.

Goodmorning Plebs! Have you gotten up and moved your ass this morning?

The sun is coming up and it's time to start the day,I always feel like I have a more productive day after a good 30-45 minute workout.

Nothing to crazy just a light 3.10 miles run/walk. Somtimes its just a mile and some machines.

The point is that I feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally. Trust me I've had enough bad days to put a person in a mental hospital...literally. The bad days aren't the point. It's that I'm able to overcome them.

Through difficult physical exertion, the kind that leaves you dripping with sweat, I've found mental peace. I've found the clarity to see my life, to see the beauty that lies behind the shadows.

Today is another beautiful day in my journey and im going to make the most of it.

I hope you guys are living your lives the way you want, and if you're not I hope you're working everyday to do the things that will help you live it. 1% a day goes along way.

Here are my thoughts on Bitcoin wallets and how to secure them. In this episode, I stay on the surface and don't dive too deep into the technical weeds, I hope you're able to follow along and maybe learn something too.

I want to reach as many No-Coiners and regular people as possible and leave them with a general understanding of these types of freedom tech. If you think that you have a better understanding or a more concise explanation of the topic today reach out I'd love to hear how I can do a better job.
