a usual breakfast

- 600 gram of cottage cheese with fat cream

- 0.5 litre of bone broth

Very late dinner, so I used plan B

- 1kg of beef meat in some special BBQ-style

I bought few packs in advance, to use them in such time-sensitive cases, when Im hungry but don't have time to cook and to think much

GOOD MORNING PEOPLE,

EAT FREE

I got hungry faster today

decided to take an early lunch before going work out

lunch:

- 500 gram of ground beef

- 10 eggs

- fat cream as a sauce

- ghee butter for cooking

I woke up and me eating breakfast

It became easy to eat cottage cheese at the morning, I even consider to increase in portion

Today’s breakfast:

- 550 grams of fat cottage cheese with fat cream

- 0.5 litre of fat bone broth

- coffee and water

Today's dinner(it was earlier than usual)

1 kg of meat

10 eggs

Butter and fat cream

it depends …

the easiest food routine I had in my life, no counting calories, no restriction, good feelings

I enjoy the feeling of my mind not thinking about food, just eating once or twice a day without any restrictions. It brings me a sense of joy. However, my life is quite simple and slow at the moment, so it's hard to say that I feel my absolute best, there's not much to do with all this energy.

Overall, eating this way feels so easy that I don't see any reason to go back to adding sugar, grains, or anything like that.

I'm still experimenting with the amount of food I eat and figuring out which foods are the most nourishing.

today sunday, is local market day, it’s for the week + plus stakes that I bought in bulk few weeks ago

80 eggs

3kg of fat cottage cheese

500 gram of fat cream

4kg of meat

1kg of ground beef meet

also bought 4kg of bones for bone broth

I don’t count days of the diet any more

it feels settled and implemented to lifestyle

today I had breakfast (no photo)

just 500 gram of meat

and than dinner after 12 hours

10 eggs

2 steaks about 700 gram total

feels incredible
