500 gram of cottage cheese with some fat cream

500 gram of bone broth

absolutely beneficial, cant wait to see it further, what my body is capable of

I give this lifestyle changing diet 100/10, after 2 months of trying it, it feels that its worth it 100%, at least to try one month

I ate 3 times today personal best since I started the diet

for lunch I hade about 1 kg of meat

and 500 gram of bone broth

for dinner 10 eggs and 500 gram of meat

it’s healthy balanced diet and it makes you healthy
