my breakfast:
- 1kg of meat in BBQ style
- 50 grams of butter
- 50 grams of stracciatella cheese
#foodstr

Evening dinner:
- 800 grams of meat
- 150 grams of halloumi
- 40 grams of butter
I'm pleased with how confident I’ve become in cooking meat—it feels like I could prepare any cut of beef blindly and still make it at least somewhat edible. #foodstr

You are right,I found that not meat but fat is crucial,
I felt hungry even after 2kg of meat
Because had less fat overall

my humble breakfast:

I realized that when eating leaner meat, I need to add more butter; otherwise, it feels like I ate a lot but still feel hungry.
For dinner:
- 900 grams of meat (flank cut—I find it really cool and visually appealing, though a bit tough)
- 150 grams of halloumi
- 100 grams of butter

thanks, I though that too
but now I don’t think so anymore.
A week ago, something changed, and this breakfast isn’t enough anymore
So, I’m looking to add meat to breakfast and see how it works
I never even thought that meat could create some kind of dependence, though it took a long time.
I'm craving beef more and more, while other food feels minor and almost unnecessary. Intuitively, it seems like there's no better breakfast than just beef and some fat in the form of butter or cream.
Dinner:
- 550g flank steak
- 400g filet mignon
- 150g halloumi cheese
- 50g butter
- Tea

In the book The Mandibles, there is an event called the "Stone Age," which occurs in 2025 when the internet and power grid go down. That would be hilarious.

Simple evening dinner:
- 5 eggs
- 150 grams of halloumi cheese
- 550 grams of steak
- some butter
For lunch(last photo):
- 1 kg of pre-cooked meat
- 100 grams of stracciatella cheese (found it by chance at the market today, decided to try it, and it turned out to be both affordable and tasty)

I converted my local prices to US dollars so everyone can compare
Not sure about all of the US, but I believe in some states, you can buy about the same amount for slightly more.
