A DIET UPDATE
I’m excited to share!
Yesterday, I ate about 2 kg of low-fat meat with some cheese, and it wasn't ENOUGH.
After dinner, 900 grams of meat with some cheese, I still felt a bit hungry, but drinking some water was enough to silence the feeling.
This morning, I woke up hunger(usually I barely want to eat in such diet in the mornings). I even added more cottage cheese and cream than I normally do. Usually, that keeps me full for at least 8 hours, but not today.
Even after finishing my meal, I was still hungry. I ignored it and went to the gym.
Everyone noticed I was tired and sleepy.
I just wanted to finish training as fast as possible and go to a burger café where they serve very fatty burgers with 350 grams of meat each.
I rushed through my workout and had one burger, but it felt a bit boring. I’ve gotten used to my own cooking and eating a lot of fatty food in a single serving.
P.S. I liked that feeling so much that I want to repeat it. Next time, instead of a burger, I’ll just eat some butter or fat, and see if my hunger was simply due to not eating enough fat the day before.

а в моей «врачебной» практике таких случаях 1 из 100,
никому не советую ни читать книги,ни подкасты ни какую хуйню другую, просто постоянно нахожусь рядом и рассказываю про экономику деньги, радуюсь жизни и говорю «как хорошо что есть биткоин» и какой-то день у людей стреляет что-то
есть даже случае, где на меня обиделись после того, как человек после моих убеждений таки понял биткоин, я начал рассказывать человеку про биткоин при цене 4к, а первый биткоин он купил по 60к и вот он обиделся что я не достаточно эффективно убеждал )
мне по правде кажется рассказывать советовать что-то читать и слушать подкасты не самый удачный момент, у людей ведь есть свое дело, и разбираться в деньгах это скорее баг чем фича, мы все стали биткойнерами из-за горя и проблем, а не радости

On a wonderful night in Havana,
I made myself dinner.
Before/after
Dinner:
- 850 grams of some kind of beef from the market (with spices)
- 150 grams of halloumi cheese
- Some butter
- 0 eggs
- Tea
Total meat consumed today: approximately 1.9 kg

If you look back two months ago, I was eating half as much. I can't manage to eat all the meat in the photo in a single day, and now I eat it for breakfast)
But about 3-4 weeks ago, something changed, I still explore it, and definitely will tell about it later
p.s. I'll post my second meal in an hour—bringing my total for the day to an additional 850g of meat(about 2kg a day)
I usually make sure to have breakfast 100% of the time. My second meal is after my workout. (I’ll post my dinner today in about 3-4 hours when I finish training.)
I usually post here twice a day, which reflects everything I eat during the day.
