Ah, OK, I think yours came with a better fan. The default settings seem to make it overheat...right now, I have it cranked just a tad lower and it's just fine, but it's more like in the 1.1 th/s
Kind of mulling getting a liquid cooling fan and then overclocking. The liquid cooling is probably overkill, so I think I could safely overclock at that point. Mostly for the learning/tinkering experience...I suppose that's why we all the things we do, right?
Totally unrelated, but maybe you can help shed some light! I just got a Bitaxe Gamma 601, and it seems like it runs into heating issues when I try to crank it up to hit 1.2 th/s. If I remember you had a pretty large fan on yours. I'm assuming you upgraded and you're happy with it? If you don't mine masking, what did you get?
