It's easy to assume they know, but they really might not.

One of my problems with my real-world friends and semi-online friends is that I'm viewed as cold and distant. Kind of on the spectrum, one might say.

I incorrectly assume that since I like their stuff, they must know I like their stuff, which isn't always the case. Instead they're more like, "wtf is Lyn thinking?" In other words, I'm semi-retarded at personal interactions. I'd like more people to know how much I like what they do.

Online or offline, whenever it's comfortable, tell people they're doing good work. Say hi. Tell them thanks. Give gratitude.

Nostr does this better than Twitter, from my experience. Keep it up, lads and lasses.

Roughly 8 years ago and many years before that I had worn shoes and sat most of the day.

I worked a front desk job for around 9 months while still in school that had me standing for four hours straight for a shift.

By the end of it, my feet would be KILLING me. They would be so sore.

Fast forward 8 years, and now for almost 2 years I have been barefoot and standing most of the day and have zero foot discomfort or pain anymore

I legitimately went from having decrepit weak frail feet to straight monkey feet, and it has benefited me so much outside and in the gym as well (getting steps are easy, leg development through the roof, insane stability and balance)

So, here's your prompt to build your foot strength like you probably do the rest of your muscles in your body

I cannot go to my x account without feeling terrible about the world. Because they suggest me to read the accounts that I don't follow. I don't follow these accounts because they just tell me the terrible things about the world.

So I just don't go often.
