Now to post something random to push a profile update.

After further research, it seems there is no means to get a network-wide agregated feed like twitter or mastodon. At least no means to do so in the gossip client. Hopefully some of the creature comforts from sites like twitter and mastodon the agregated feed become standard features on nostr clients like gossip.
