Thinking about it more, it affects also things like GPS because all radiation is bound to light speed.
It would also affect e.g. #bitcoin if we wanna try to use it between mars and earth e.g.
10 minutes block time would be too fast for that
One the longest distance e.g. that we will never be able to look beyond a certain horizon in the universe. Which again means we'll never be able to tell if the universe is infinite.
It has a lot more in physics, astronomy and everything large distance. But I'm no scientist, so maybe someone else has better answers π

Sure it doesn't matter much in daily life but it's still an interesting thought imho.
And if you take a minute in a clear night and just look up, you'll see objects where it matters. Some of the stars up there are long gone.... Others been born but you can't see them yet
Sad but true. I think after living a while there brain adapts though and filters that, too. Not saying that's a good thing
