On mobile nos.social does this. You can select all relays or choose an individual relay from the list.
I did it earlier this year, I also donβt have any news app on my phone, sometimes I feel disconnected from the world and not in a good way π so I do miss important information from time to time.
Itβs all about trade-offs, if you have important connections and friends on legacy social media, I suggest you keep them and try minimizing the time you spend there. I donβt think this is the popular advise you will get from Nostr but this is what I think.
